Connect & Scale Up Digital

On behalf of the Polish Agency for Enterprise Development (PARP), a consortium consisting of EPRD + EPRD Synthra + Pro Civis Foundation is implementing the project:

Connect & Scale Up Digital – Development and organisation of meetings in the area of cooperation between entities of the National Innovation System.

The project aims to create a comprehensive platform for cooperation between key players in the national innovation system, focusing on the practical implementation of advanced digital technologies and AI. The initiative is addressed to entrepreneurs, large companies, local governments, innovators, research institutions and representatives of the public sector who want to actively participate in the digital transformation process. The main goal is to build practical knowledge, exchange experiences and test specific technological solutions in various business and social contexts.

The project is intended for representatives of:

  • Small and medium-sized enterprises
  • Large corporations
  • Local governments and public institutions
  • Scientific communities and innovators

The key values of the project are openness, practicality, interdisciplinarity and an emphasis on the real business and social opportunities resulting from digital transformation.

During the Connect&Scaleup Digital series of meetings, topics from previous editions of the Connect&Scaleup project will be continued, including in particular:

  • examples of good practices with practical analyses of why specific cases were successful and what was the decisive factor,
  • factors that can lead to failure and ways to prevent or minimise their effects, what can be learned from failures in business (macro level) or in the implementation of specific business projects in a company (micro level);
  • effective tools and methods for implementing innovation, indicating in which situations, structures and organisations specific tools and methods work well, and in which cases a different approach should be taken;
  • initiatives that, thanks to the involvement and cooperation of numerous entities, have achieved measurable success (on a regional, national and international scale) and can be adapted and/or scaled up;
  • mechanisms and examples of tools that support effective cooperation and facilitate the establishment of business relationships.
